NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME
STORE CREDIT ONLY
You have 10 days from the day the item was delivered to request a return on your item.
Products returned must be unworn, unwashed , in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Opes Luxé reserves the right to refuse any returns that shows signs of wear and does not meet the above criteria.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at info@opesluxe.com include your order number, name and a detailed message so that our team is able to assist you faster with your return. Please Allow up to 24hrs for a response.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
If your return is accepted, you will receive your refund on a Opes Luxé gift card. Please note the shipping fee is NOT refundable.
