What size should I buy?
Please read all descriptions and reference our size chart before placing an order. Any additional questions in regards to sizing email us at info@opesluxe.com
What Happens If I receive a damaged item?
Please email info@opesluxe.com with your order number, name and a detailed message.
How do I care for my Opes Luxé Garments?
- Turn garment inside out;
- Wash every garment on cold;
- To dry lay garment flat or hang dry;
- Avoid using dryer to dry garments as this may cause damage. If you must use dryer tumble dry on low heat;
- Please do not iron on print or embroidery;
- DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Can I modify my address once my order has been placed?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed, We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
When will I receive my Pre-order items?
- Pre-Orders Take up to 14 Business days. You'll receive at email once your Pre-order items are ready to ship. We recommend placing 2 separate orders if you are ordering any other items that aren't pre-order.
